We empower older Australians to move and improve their lives.

BlueZone provides personalised strength and balance programs for older Australians with
Support at Home funding.

We train home care teams to deliver the programs, ensuring more clinical funds are used for prevention as well as care. It means fewer falls, more independence and happier clients.

BlueZone is inspired by the world’s “Blue Zones” – places where people live longer, healthier lives thanks to strong communities, daily movement and a sense of purpose.

How it works

1. Identify clients

We help you identify your home and aged care clients who are perfectly placed to have a BlueZone program.

2. Assess and program

Client programs are built in-person by our allied health experts and implemented by your care staff, who we train to deliver the programs.

3. Review and adjust

Our experts conduct telehealth program checks monthly with clients. Comprehensive individual reviews are undertaken quarterly and annually. Program modifications are made if required.

4. Measure and improve

Client data is collected, benchmarked and analysed during the reviews. We then measure how much your clients have improved, and work with them to get even more confident, strong and healthy.

BlueZone exists to change older Australians' lives.

We can help people turn around their Type 2 Diabetes. We can enable people to shower independently. To play with their grandchildren again. To walk on their favourite beach with less pain. To be stronger and more confident.

BlueZone helps older Australians move and improve.
